Eventually, they all end up here.

Or, well, maybe they just come through here, but the SmallEQ Bongo is mine, all mine!

For those of you unfamiliar with the beast, it's a Medallion Gold 4 Hp and is quite possibly the best fretless Bongo known to man.

That is all.

Jack is recharging while sitting on his heating pad in that photo. Soon you'll need a surge protector for all your devices, sir.

Oh, nice bass, by the way. You lucky bastard. I've played that bass, and it may be the best fretless on the planet.

I've been playing it for a week now, and I notice that when I go back to a fretted bass, I want to play ON the frets.

Which, frankly, is wrong.

thank god there are those strange exotic basses for smallhorsie..we are too pedestrian

No one could be happier about this than yours truly.

But SmallEQ is still, at heart, an Ernie Ball/Music Man guy.

Of that I have no doubt. I'm sure there's a great deal of Paul's money that EBMM will yet receive. :D

*ahem*

I'll give it the best 4 string fretless Bongo known to man. :D

Cuz, well, I'm a man and I've played both that one and my 5 string SC/H/P fretless. They both have about the same amount of mojo AND juju. The piezo really does shine with the fretless Bongos, though. And, you can't beat dialing in the exact mwah you want with the 4 band EQ.

When it comes down to it, I have yet to play any Bongo that was total dog. I get the feeling that they know what they are doing in SLO.

I'm another lucky dog who has played that bass, and I will also say it might be the best fretless Bongo known to man.
