My Bongo is here!!! (Pic added)

So ya - i wasnt any good at being sly in the other thread and it was pretty obvious that I got a Bongo.

Its Egyptian Smoke w/ a Python pickguard. It looks way awesome in person even tho I never dug that combo in pictures id seen.

This bass is FUN to play. I plugged it into my little 10 watt combo here at work and played fingerstyle for like 15 minutes, then some slap stuff, then finally w/ a pick. All sounded great. i think i had most fun playing it finger style tho.

Anywho... this thing is pretty rad. It kinda feels fancy to me somehow.

Why didn't anyone tell me to get a Bongo earlier?

also... a big thanks to Pete for hooking this up. Pete rules. The bass is set up all nice w/ new strings on it n everything.

Phatty - congrats. Isn't it an amazing bass. After playing Sterlings, I thought that a Bongo would be uncomfortable because of the larger neck. Not so. I tend to play the Bongo4 HH more live.
