Mine stays hidden but within reach. I figured the pistol would be a little easier to handle in a bind than a WWII rifle. That, and finding ammo for the rifle is tough, you can't hunt with them in Indiana so nobody keeps it on hand.

Maybe we should start a new thread, and call it something like "Gun owners with Balls" or something...

Kevin,
Get a color photo and description with serial # to all the pawn and guitar shops in a 50 mile radius (or more). That's how Tommyindelaware got his EBMM back several years ago. It was stolen from his truck one night and, many months later, someone tried to sell it to a guitar shop and the owner recognized it and called him. Thom had to pay the guy a bit to get it back but it still had the same strings on it. Only the case was gone.

There are two places here that carry ammo for the Enfield, it's just never there when I go in to get it. A place 20 miles away will special order it for me when I need it...which is seldom...

I know this isn't related, but I lost my CD wallet with all my DT CDs in it today and I'll be lucky if someone turns it in...

Losing (having it stolen) a guitar would make me pretty much suicidal. :(

Sorry to hear about this, mesavox... It really sucks to get personal stuff stolen... Hope you can recover some of it!
