Hi people,
I just got my SR5 HH tonight. I've spent the last 4 months waiting and looking for one like it but haven't been able to find one anywhere on the net. Now that the Black Ice pickguard has been discontinued ...
I thought I could mix the vintage look of the trans gold with the modern look of the Black Ice PG. Do you guys think it worked???
I think it looks more modern than vintage, what do you think?
My budget camera truley doesn't do it justice but here's some pics.
One problem though....
I have noticed a little setup problem with it. I get some mean fret buzz on the B, E, and A strings at the 7 - 9 frets. Should I simply raise the bridge saddles or is it possible that the neck may need a bit of relief?
