Reading this as I just got delivery of a new LIII today

If there is a purple one, call me in!You can do better than this. Give us colors, pics, direct quotes. We can handle the truth !!!! Haha
The pics of the potential red and purple L4s were awesome. I just hope they both come as H S S since that’s what I really need lolNot sure if it‘s a popular opinion, but I‘d love to see Luke Blue and Candy Apple Red make a return to the L4.
Btw, is it Luke 4, L4 or L IV?
Oh? I can't seem to find your NGD thread, replete with multiple glorious photos of said LIII.Reading this as I just got delivery of a new LIII today![]()
Red and/or purple L4s would make me sad...because I'd have to buy another guitar and I don't need to do that right now.The pics of the potential red and purple L4s were awesome. I just hope they both come as H S S since that’s what I really need lol
I’m starting to understand why my guitar teacher told me during his band days he would date some older women to acquire guitarsRed and/or purple L4s would make me sad...because I'd have to buy another guitar and I don't need to do that right now.
(Though I WANT to...)![]()

No, Luke Blue was the Original Color for the Luke 2. I always loved that Color, it looks better in person than on pictures thoughLuke Blue? Do you mean Bodhi Blue?
Yes, Bodhi Blue (named after Steve’s Son Bodhi) is darker and more greyish.Luke Blue and Bodhi Blue look very similar to me... I guess Bodhi is a little darker?
L4 is what I've seen on the headstock in clips from Luke playing it on stage.Btw, is it Luke 4, L4 or L IV?
No sustainer. I'm guessing first patent issues, and second, development costs to make a comparable unit without a patent infringement would be far too high for such a low sales device. Seriously, I think we'll see a Petrucci ukulele before we see a sustainer!I wonder if the L4 is gonna be equipped with a Sustainer, Luke used to have the Fernandez System in some of his Luke IIs.
Since they already have the Boost Preamp, i wonder if EBMM would make their own Sustainer too.
But it'll be an 8 string uke with trem though right?I think we'll see a Petrucci ukulele before we see a sustainer!![]()
Spot on, but a neck thruBut it'll be an 8 string uke with trem though right?
