Actually received this a few weeks ago but finally had the time to post a few of my usual blurry horrible pics...
As always with EBMM the bass itself is top notch. No negatives as far as build or set up...Perfect!
The only slight minuses are the weight (11 pounds!) and, through no fault of EB, I optioned for the piezo as many people over the years have extolled its virtues but I must say I find it rather underwhelming. Don't get me wrong the bass plays like butter and sounds fantastic, but I always heard how the piezo launched the instrument into a new sonic sphere and, for me anyway, it does not do that.
One other thing, I bought this from Pete DuBaldo and cannot say enough good things about him. This was hands down the best bass buying experience I have ever had (and I have bought many basses over the years). I would recommend him to anyone!!! Thanks Pete!
