What a cool experience too !

I don't get to use my Engl Morse amp on fly out dates. It's too heavy and fragile to put under a plane. I was very envious of Steve's rig last night. It sounded incredible.

I've actually just changed my whole BOC fly out rig. I was using rental Mesas, but I was starting to get frustrated with the inconsistent sound and quality of the different amps. Now, I'm using a Pod HD-500 into a BBE sonic stomp pedal. That goes into a Matrix stereo power amp which drives a Marshal 4x12. It took a while, but I have everything dialed in now and it's been sounding really awesome.
