New Albert Lee Live album

Don't know if anyone has seen this one, I got a copy at Christmas and I noticed it's a 2007 release.. 'Live at The New Morning', which is where I believe the recent DVD was filmed in Paris. I guess it's a recording of the same show, from Dec 1st 2003. Not his most recent lineup with Elio on keys but Pete Wingfield who is seriously awesome. It's a double cd and has all his recent gig material. Albert at his best with Hogans Heroes. For those who have never managed to see him , buy it and get a feel....plug it into your car cd and just try and stick to the speed limit

When I saw him the other month he had this cd for sale. I can confirm that it's the same gig on the DVD that is, the one in Paris.

I liked Pete Wingfield - but my preference would be Elio.
Elio was fantastic to speak to after the gig - a real nice guy who went out of his way to talk to me.

I bleeb that Albert may have a book coming out in 2008 too!

I agree. Seen Al and HH a few times now and with Elio a few months back in Brighton...in fact nearly a year ago...Jeez ! where did that year go ? I loved the new dimension he brought to the table, what a great singer too.

Just had a look at his tour dates, got a couple near me May 25 and June 13. I will get to one of those for sure. Dammit...Got Tiger Rag playing in the background...Man he is soooo good
