Wow, the internet really does attract some characters.

Back to the point of the thread, I have given the blog another read and it's obvious that BP is very passionate about this subject - as are many others. But there is no chance of things ever going back to the way they were, so, like with things such as the Bongo and gamechanger, lets just keep pushing things forward!

Been here for 6 years and have never known Aussie Mark to be anything other than a nice guy. Shared his cool wedding, gig, and recording photos. Gives helpful advice like the rest of us try to do -- maybe I missed something but don't think so.

Anyway, no one is holding anyone here, so, one can always leave if they don't like it here.

Yes! The tread!!! I agree the best is to try to move forward but I think sometimes things have to revert (kind of a reset) to move in the better direction. Who knows, this may be heading in a positive way we don't yet see. I still have a feeling that people will eventually want to hear the music made live & in person which would start at a local level. Maybe it will be done right next time around.

I don't really care who it is--I just like the fact that someone creates multiple trolling usernames and then posts two epic posts droning on and on about others and then mentions how someone else is pretentious and mean spirited.

It certifies the crazy, really. or, at least solidifies the dumbassery.

In a feeble attempt to get this back on track, this is the flipside to internet distribution--dealing with crazies who can't leave the house have nothing better to do than threadcrap on music forums with stuff they wouldn't have the balls to say to someone's face.
