You guys got whacked out there, Western MA keeps getting slammed while us north of Boston are living the quiet life free of tornados, floods, thunderstorms, hurricanes.
Get playing that bad boy soon the Bongo is monsterous, what a perfect B string.

I'm comfortable enough on the 5 to bring to band rehearsal tonight. Holy @$*% this thing sits in the mix so beautifully. The band loved it. Every note was phat and clear. The round wounds are back on it. :D

Hmmm, ...this TP color is just right for a Bongo, only I'd go for a black pg, ...I just like dual colored basses!

I pulled the ad before that. I wasn't sure about the 5 strings but the more I play it the more comfortable I'm getting. I figure I can just raise the funds elsewhere by selling some other stuff I have. I have a bunch of cabs and amps and other basses that can go before this. :)

I'm still rockin' the Bongo. The band absolutely loves this bass. At rehearsal tonight, a neighbor stopped by to listen and he commented on the tone of the bass. He said it was just beautiful and the sound was so full and clear. I love to hear that!! :)

I still want to get a 5H Bongo. Maybe I can save up enough this summer to order one. :)
