Instead of admitting the QC error (which can happen in a big company) and using this opportunity to show great customer support you post this...

I guess you missed the hahahaha We are on it and will take care of him...I am so glad you are not a judge or anything like that.....Maybe in your part of the world sarcasm doesnt play but it does here.

I hate that that got out....we really try to not ship guitars with issues.

Yep, we're all good.

As strange luck would have it, I am ending up with one more guitar than I originally planned on buying. Exchanging this one with the dealer for a 7-string, as that is all they had in stock, so that obviously meant I had to get a 6 string elsewhere
