Been GAS'n for an Axis, would love to have the roasted maple neck option. Guess I can always wait to see what they offer up for PDN this summer. Then again the CAD will be worth 75 cents to the USD by the, so meh :/

Good question Razzle - they show two colors in the flash screens and then the BFR color palettes are shown below as being the color options. I wonder what those two really nice colors are called and if they're available?

I think with the chambering in our Reflex's we already have a semi-hollow body guitar without the F-holes :).

That's true! I wonder how the Semi-hollow axis compares to the reflex sound wise. I'd love to be able to compare but there aren't any on the island at the moment.

Do you think that the "M" hole makes much of a difference if the body already has inner chambers? I have a homemade strat body from Warmoth that has chambers in it. Crazy light, but when plugged in, sounds almost like all of my other single coil guitars.

I think the F-hole would allow sound to escape much like the hole in an acoustic does. Makes it even more resonant.

Is it to early to ask the price of the JP15?

I didn't see it anywhere. This may be the guitar that gets me into a MM Petrucci. I almost hope the price is ridiculous as that may make up my mind, run of the mill expensive and I may have to stretch and just do it :)
