I got my brand new Stingray today (natural body, rosewood neck, black pickguard, 2EQ controls), and I was wondering when it was build, the serial number is E00745.

It is very possible that this is a brand new bass and has been in a store or warehouse for the last 5 years. It was intially sold to our distributor in the Netherlands. New old Stock! If you bought from a MM dealer brand new then the Warranty would apply. Please check with your local store for details.
