Wow! Very cool.
Thanks for the info BP.
I'm assuming the body shape to be that of the JP versus the Silo.
Neato.
Sterling: I know it's WAY too early to say, but do you think it will be stabled tuned down as low as B to B or C to C?
You guys are amazing, the way you treat your artists is simply unbealiveble. And also the way you let us see what you guys are up to over here.
Can't wait to see the development of this puppy!
Oh man.... I hear the sound of my wallet gently weeping as it contemplates its continued emptiness... I have yet another JP to buy.
Wicked cool!
Can't wait to see the prototype pics. I'm waiting on a Silo Bass myself. I'm guessing JP will want a rosewood board on his? Maybe I should hold off.........
The Silo bass is currently offered tuned E-e in the same octave as a bass, or a 4th up, A-a... The A-a tuning is one step lower than the low B on a 7 string.
Tuning "up" to B or C is the question![]()
Well, the Silo bass IS cool, but as a guitar it's not what I want. Hence asking about tuning a six-string baritone B to B.
Be a nice rest for my thumb on some songs where I don't need my high E.
