Hi Everyone...been a while since I've been on the forum but nice to be back. :)

Could not wait til 2/14 so here are pics of my new Valentine signature model. It plays and feels awesome, very versatile. I play country, blues and prog rock (I know weird combo lol) and it's the only guitar that can do it all and do it well. I was especially attracted to its roasted and figured neck!

Wow - sweet guitar! Congrats! Question - how does the Valentine neck profile compare to your Reflex?

The neck is more of a "C" shape and a little thicker. Nut width feels about the same but the neck has a slightly beefier/more substancial feel from the C shape. Sorta like a traditional tele neck but narrower nut width.

Thanks - sounds just like the neck on my AL. Just wondered.

I don't really have the vocabulary to explain the difference but it feels different than the AL neck in the hand. When I switch between them I notice the difference.

I am glad they picked this color combo. I've seen this trans-blonde finish on a tele but not on a MM.
