Well here I am in a ritzie resort without my basses, afraid to fly them without a gig reason. The spouse activities included a soaring over the desert trip today, but I ain't getting on a plane with no motor, I'm too fat.

There is a theme dinner tonight (I friggin HATE those), they've arranged hiking trips for tomorrow, again, I ain't going, I'm too fat!

Well I guess I'll woodshed on the wind controller a few days.

It's hell being me... got to go, room service brought my 12 pack.

And your wife lets you get away with that? I'm not big on the aforementioned activities, but if my wife wanted me to participate, I would. Especially, since she's so good about my gearwhoredness and my leaving virtually every Friday night to play. If nothing else, this sounds like an excuse to buy a headless bass or an Ashbory for travel purposes.

LOL...yeah well a 12ver might work as an appetizer.

That reminds me of the last leg of the Poophead Tour in Palm Springs at The Marriott when I ordered up some club soda to the room. I got 4 of those little, 8oz bottles of Canada Dry club soda...tab as $18.

She is in meetings all day, I'm just along for the ride... and personal servant duties.

I call that being her "Consort". That's what I do when my wife is doing her Queen duties with her organization.

One of the definitions from dictionary.com:
1. A husband or wife, especially the spouse of a monarch.
