Dargie is a homeless guy that cam to us in a work program and started at the bottom...he would never take a break....would sneak into engineering and learned our cad cam software like a savant....totally self taught......he had a penchant for green things since he never had any money....

do a better search or someone else help it was a challenge to answer to the knuckleheads that green guitar wont sell....

OK Dargie is Scott Ball my first son who is the brainchild for many of the great things that you have been seeing over the last few years.

rock on, i was just combing the interwebs for stingrays. ive kinda been gasing for another mm lately so i dont have to detune on stage and ran into a pic of one. I personally love the color and the martini inlays are awesome. ive heard the name tossed around on here a lot and wanted to know what it was all about. the homeless guy story would be cool as hell, but the first born prodigy child story's pretty wicked too ;). thanks for the info BP. I have a feeling ill be seeing a DD2 sitting in my office in the next month or 2, although from what ive read the ordering has expired so ill probably have to find one used as soon as i get the moola.

BP all your sons are great. work on them to pass on the family genes. LOL

Seriously every one of your sons I have met are talented fine young men who will lead the endeavors they undertake.

The first batch will be shipping out to independents today. You will see basses about a week before the guitars.

Ok...I admit it....you got me :D

I was like wow, cool. I worked in a aluminum manufacturing plant that had someone like that once and he was one of the best workers. I have to watch out for that sense of humor you've got :)

OK, not being familiar with the language of the music store trade, I'll bite...

Would "independent" = The Perfect Bass (I hope), Bass Central and the like...e.g. large single-unit businesses? Contrast to "chain" = multi-unit music stores (think GC or regional chains).

Thanks!

It would make sense that independent means, privately owned, or operated. Like Basscentral, DuBaldo's and the Perfect Bass.

Chain would not be independent.
