so norrin...what do you think about the sound? really different from other HH guitars, isn't it ?

I cannot over emphasize just how right your are! There is no other guitar out there that sounds like this one does. It is HH, but man, it's got a lot more breath and lyricism than any other HH I've ever played - it literally just sings. Yeah, the output is not as high as other humbuckers - but it doesn't need to be either. The throaty midness these things are capable of is just stunning! Seriously, this is a true classic. :cool:

Only bummer is that mine will never be worth much as a collector's piece because plan to play the bejesus out of it over many years to come. This guitar took over my number one spot in a matter of minutes of playing! :eek: The tone is seriously that good. And it is the perfect compliment to my amp (and I imagine many many others!). Just a remarkable instrument. Makes me think the rest of the BFRs (I tend to think of teh 20th Silos as the BFR forefathers) are going to be also spectacular. WOW. EBMM is really blowing my doors off lately!
