Very cool Raz! I think it looks so much better without that horrid pickguard they came with. I like the way it looks with the HSS set up that way...and green is cool!

From last century

Hi guys & girls.
Bought this Sport used 2 weeks ago. HH, piezo, vintage trem. Few dings near the outputs, further undamaged.
Prior to buying I tried to collect some info on the web 'bout this specific configuration. Couldn't find anything except a black one without trem.
Does anyone of you have one like it? I don't mean Super Sports or MM90 equipped Sports.
Does anyone know what this colour is called? Goes from very dark orange on the sides to light orange, almost yellow between the pickups.
Funny detail; DOB of this one is october 21th '99; same day I purchased my first EBMM (AS SSS).

Just got my first ever MusicMan and it's a JP6 in candy apple red. I can't say enough about it...it's the most amazing guitar I have ever held and truly is the signature series of someone who got exactly what they wanted from a company...fair play to John Petrucci and Ernie Ball for developing this truly great guitar!!! I am one very happy Irish lad! :)

Nice score! There are quite a few HH Sports kicking around, I've had a few over the years. That's probably Honeyburst. And with a piezo ... a real beauty there.

Thanks Beej.
She's pretty indeed.
OAnd the obtainable sounds are more versatile than I expected.

Stingray I

Okay - here's my guitar for you old SR fans. Mint condition, StingRay I, serial number G00103X.

The pic doesn't do this justice, but thought everyone might enjoy seeing one of the earliest MusicMan guitars to come off the line ("early", relative to the respective number of total guitars produced since 1976).
