I'm happy for you but seeing those pics of the work in progress was mucho painful. Final does look good though.

I don't know much about such things so, why a kill switch instead of just turning the volume all the way down?

Hey Guys...Gio picked up Oinky for me and delivered her right to my house. Thanks alot, Gio! You're an awesome friend!!!

I don't feel like the tone has changed at all. And, the button is not in the way of my picking hand. It's pretty fun, in a stunt-guitar sort of way.

Now, a word about Jim and Noll Guitars in general: I would highly recommend Jim and Noll Guitars in Cranston, RI to anyone in the area. I was very impressed with Jim throughout this process. And the pics he sent me were awesome. Almost like being there.

Thanks, Jim did a great job.

Since this is a video game switch, it's very loose and responsive. You can slap it to cut the sound immediately, and it returns just as quickly. Ultimately, it's about showmanship. It's not a terribly useful mod. But I'm glad I did it.

Bryan, I can totally imagine slapping the button with my middle finger in kind of a percussive slapping gesture and can picture the responsiveness. I'm sure with time you will develop your technique and love it even more. Glad Oinky came back safely and she looks like she has an edge over her siblings.

Thanks, Mario!

I need to take a pic of the rear to show how perfect the recessed cover came out. Looks like ebmm put it there. I'm very pleased with the work. Does not look hack at all.
