Uh huh, I see.
Well, tell me. For a Noob who just started posting on this board, where does the post say: ERNIE BALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, oh yeah, I'm the bosses son. I didn't know that when I called him last night, either. Scott Ball? Could be a cousin, brother-in-law. I don't appreciate your sarcasm when it is not justified.
Do you want to know why he called me, because it wasn't to help me out. I posted prices on the forum, prices that I was mis-quoted on. As soon, as those prices were read, I got an email from a seller that said:
"Jon,
I just saw your post on the EB forums, and after reading it and seeing Scott Ball's reply, I realized that I hadn't quoted you for the quilt top. That's an error on my part, the quilt top adds $400 to the final price of the guitar. Sorry!"
What kind of **** is that? Misquote? More like somebody called somebody and said, 'hey, what kind of prices are you giving out'. What's up with that? I mean, doesn't EB charge the distributors the same price based on cost/unit before mark-ups? So why the policy unless that mark-ups themselves are not uniform.
