man, today i'm really sick! woke up covered in vomit at the hospital, just what i need! Belinda has been home sick for a few days with a similar bug, now i have it too. Gastro kinda thing. So we are both unable to go and stay with Tom, cant have him getting sick because of us. I guess when you are staying at a hospital you have to expect to catch something, hopefully we both recover soon, being sick sucks!!!!

Just getting back from a week away on work. Amazing guitar you're getting there Rob. Wish I could have signed it, but as I could not here is my "virtual signature".

I continue to wish you and your family all the best.

I also want to thank you for your passion for the AL model. It was your passion that inspired me to buy my first AL.

I visit this site often, but rarely post. I'm very touched by the outpouring of love for Rob, Belinda and Tom. Rob - I know that I am a complete stranger and that it may not mean much, but you, Belinda and Tom will be in my thoughts and prayers. While I don't know you Rob, the outpouring of love here is a testament that you must be one great guy. You have a beautiful baby boy (he's cute even with the tube!) and I hope that he has a speedy recovery.

To Mr. Ball and the entire EBMM family and forum. This is truly an amazing gesture. I've always loved my ASS, but I'm prouder than ever to own such a fine ASS, from such a fine company with such a fine community.

Rob and Belinda - Tom sure looks like a fighter. I pray that the love and concern that this e-family has been sending can help see you all through. Keep looking ahead at that goal - you've got a great outlook, hang in there. We'll be praying for you!:)

BP - we know what you're about - no worries! ( As I wipe tears off my own keyboard) Seriously one of the most incredible outpourings of love and support I've ever seen!) Sharon

This whole thing is truly touching.

Rob - I'm new here so I don't think I have interacted with you before, but I wish you and your family all the best.

Thanks Trev, your AL must have some sort of enormous value attached to it!!! One of the more special stories ever to come from this forum. I cant imagine what must go through your head when you pick up your AL, knowing that the forum guys saved its ass! Awesome stuff.

You are 100% right mate...it was and still is an awesome thing this forum did for us..
Me and Azzy wish we could have signed your AL :)

I can honestly say that I will never forget what you guys did for us...I have a constant reminder in the shape of one gorgeous AL and the lovely flat we live in :) I think some new pics are in order...he he

To have a guitar that good and to know that strangers from around the globe saved them for us is still.....mindblowing

Enjoy your new AL tho...strange seeing a rosewood neck :)

Well i'm still down with food poisoning, every thing i eat comes straight back up, i feel awful! Hope it passes soon, i hate being stuck at home and away from Tom, though it is a little nice to just relax and get some good sleep. It seems Tom has improved slightly over the past few days, his weight has reached its best ever mark of over 6kg, which is really great, hope it continues to go up. Also the doctors think that he is starting to have some bile flow, which is pretty amazing, as the operation he had 2 months ago to make the bile flow from his liver was deemed a failure, but if a little is coming now its a good sign. The doctors did say there was a small outside chance he could be a late drainer, lets hope so. If he miraculously gets a lot of flow he wont need a liver transplant at all, but at this point the signs are that it will only be minimal flow, but that will help with weight gain, and he needs plenty of help in that area to get to 8kg as fast as possible. Its always up and down, but its nice to have a few good days in a row.
