Coolest thing ever. Truly an amazing gesture and wow, what a guitar....

I'm touched. This makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

Best wishes, and take care of yourself too (!)

This is the coolest thing I've ever seen! It's nice to see the support not only to a fellow forum member but from the company that has changed so many guitar players lives! I knew that when I bought my first EBMM JP guitar that it was something special and still feel like it's the best guitar on the planet. Now I know for sure that it came from the best company on the planet. BP you ROCK and I hope this helps give Rob something a little more positive to think about fora while.

My sentiments exactly... You're one of a kind BP!

All the best, Rob.

Well i'm still down with food poisoning, every thing i eat comes straight back up, i feel awful! Hope it passes soon, i hate being stuck at home and away from Tom, though it is a little nice to just relax and get some good sleep. It seems Tom has improved slightly over the past few days, his weight has reached its best ever mark of over 6kg, which is really great, hope it continues to go up. Also the doctors think that he is starting to have some bile flow, which is pretty amazing, as the operation he had 2 months ago to make the bile flow from his liver was deemed a failure, but if a little is coming now its a good sign. The doctors did say there was a small outside chance he could be a late drainer, lets hope so. If he miraculously gets a lot of flow he wont need a liver transplant at all, but at this point the signs are that it will only be minimal flow, but that will help with weight gain, and he needs plenty of help in that area to get to 8kg as fast as possible. Its always up and down, but its nice to have a few good days in a row.

I can feel the tide changing for the better. Every little bit helps Rob. My father had colon/bladder cancer 3 years ago and was down to 125lbs. he is now, slowly but surely, up to 185 again and cancer free. He had small improvements over time, and I learned that ANYTIME the doctor had good news, it was great to hear and a boost to our whole family and my father of course.

Very nice. It's good to know people really care. Blessing for your son.

Robelinda,

Below are photos of a special one of a kind black sparkle rosewood neck Albert Lee that is on it's way to you tommorow. All of us at Ernie Ball Music Man are touched by the recent health issues with your son. THis is just a little show of support, love and gratitude from us to you and your family

This guitar was passed around at the Desert Bash and is signed by all attendees who also want you to know just how much they care.

To better times my friend.

Rob,
Hang strong, and know that people all over the world are praying for you and little Tom. It was a pleasure to be a very small part of B.P.'s HUGE heartfelt gift...He certainly (and unfortunately) knows what you are going through. I look forward to the day that Tom plays that AL onstage in front of thousands of screaming fans. God Bless you and your family, -Capt. Don
