I'm with JimiD and OC in regards to this whole topic...

Love your guitars, play your guitars, don't treat them like priceless ming vases..... They should get dings, scratches, maybe even cracks and rust...proof you've really played and enjoyed them!

Just got the 1st scar on my Axis. Character ;-)

Stress cracks and dings from playing, yes... Stress cracks from shipping or hanging on a wall, no...

And why not? Maybe there are some of us who feel they ARE priceless vases.
