Opinions on Silos vs. Silo Specials

This hasn't been the case with me. When playing an HH, I usually spend a fair amount of time on the neck pickup; makes for sweet classic solo tones. That would include LP, SG, 335's as well. As has been said, it's just different from a single coil.
