Boss chromatic floor pedal one is the industry standard, with tuners if it ain't broke, etc etc..

+1

Whatever you do, don't make the same mistake as me and buy a Behringer chromatic tuner stomp box, i thought the intonation in my bass was way out for about a week, then i figured out the tuner was ****e and stuck to my korg. Can't even return it because i bought it on holiday in london, last time i do that. Want to buy it? lol joke.

go above the cheapest ones and you should be pritty safe ;)

korg dt-10 is my fav, but as one of my co-workers pointed out.. if youre active on-stage you will prolly step on the pedal without meaning to and break the switch. the boss one is more solid, i think it wont break even if you jump down on it from the amp. i find the dt-10 faster and more accurate than the boss and the display is easier to read, but if it breaks then youre back at scratch :)

my 2 "insert local currency here" ;)

Boss TU-2...they're tanks and the grab the low B very well. Wanna get pricey....check out the Peterson Strobostomp. I've dropped my TU-2 from 6' up on stage and nothing happened.

+1 on the TU-2. The best part for me is that I can hit the pedal and unplug to save my SR5's battery without the big POP, especially if you are running a line to the FOH.

I have two tuners.

Korg Rack tuner, DTR 1000 - Very nice tuner, its very sensative though, tuning takes longer because its so '' picky ''

Boss TU-2 Pedal tuner - I love that thing, it grabs the note quickly, and they have a LED display especially for Bass guitars. Built like a tank, very durable.

The Korg is $180, my Boss TU-2 was $99

For the quality, price, and performance, you can't beat the Boss TU-2 for $99

I use the TU-2 and it gives great results. Survived some harsh treatment.

I have owned the following
Korg CA-30 19.99
Korg GA-30 14.99
Korg DTR 1000 rack mount 179.99

I compared the Korg GA-30 to the DTR 1000 and can honestly say that the little feller tracked just as good as the rack mounted tuner showed same pictch ect.

I have tried the Boss TU,
My pick for a floor tuner+mute switch

The tuner I use?
Korg CA-30 and the Korg Ga-30, bought the CA to replace the "lost" GA.... Found the GA today..

Great tuners!!

Another Boss TU-2 lover here. It also functions as a mute switch for changing basses. And for the 1/2-step detuning musicians, you can program the pedal for your range.
