OT: Roger Waters to join Pink Floyd for Live 8

The London concert of Live 8 should be one great concert and the fact that all the original members of Pink Floyd are coming together for it is even better news. I'm a HUGE Pink Floyd fan and wish I could of seen them in their prime. I can't wait till I get to see the show on DVD sometime down the road.

and oh yeah... I realize it's not ALL the original members, as Syd Barrett was the original guitarist/vocalist. I'm talking about the Pink Floyd that put out the Wall, DSOTM, Animals, Wish You Were Here...etc

I was listening to a local radio station earlier today and they were listing the groups that would be at each of the Live 8 concerts. London certainly got the cream of the crop on this on.

I saw Pink Floyd (sans Roger Waters) play at Yankee Stadium in 1994. I paid $75 apiece for scalpatron tickets and it was worth every penny. Easily the best live show I've ever seen and the light show was absolutely to die for.
