Question Paradigm replacement

Has anyone actually been able to send their rusted Paradigm strings in that rusted within the 90 days and get a replacement pack?

I am about to send my set in, just not sure if anyone has had success with this.

I filled the form and was invited to change the strings and the pack for new ones in a local shop after a breakage
