Any love for Sterling Guitars?

Would love to see some photos of the new stuff, particularly the Stingray. Thanks.

Nice pics Pete good job as normal, so when should we see some of these new offerings in the wild, like the Stingray, Cutlass or Valentine?

- StingRay & Cutlass guitars should be shipping VERY soon.
- St. Vincent model should start shipping in March/April.
- Valentine model should start shipping in July.
- JP16 should start shipping in August.

I realize NAMM is still ongoing, but does anyone know when orders can be placed for the Cutlass?

You can place an order through your favorite dealer right now, if you haven't already done so. ;)

Pete, while your comparing the silo spec and the cutlass how do the necks compare? If not similar is there a model it is similar to?

Here's a side-by-side photo comparison so you can see the differences from one body to the other.

the SBMM Majesty looks great! i would prefer a different color...but still great looking guitar!
and the quilt on the JP150 is awesome!!!

thanks for sharing, pete!

how would you compare the EBMM Cutlass and the SBMM Cutlass, Pete? Is the SBMM a good alternative? How does it feel and play? How are the pickups? Does it sound similar, although different body woods?
Thanks!

Hi,
the cutlass is beautiful. Are there different types of vibrato?
So, the new bridge looks really well thought
Thank for pictures

The EBMM/SBMM Cutlass have different vibratos ("Music Man® Modern tremolo with vintage bent steel saddles"/Vintage Tremolo)

also other body wood (Alder/Basswood), different fretboard radius (10"/12"), assumably different electronics (pickups, silent circuit yes/no), assumably other type of tuners (Schaller/?) and different finishes available
