I recently purchased an EB Petrucci. This is my first EB MM. I'm still getting used to the neck but so far I am really liking this guitar. The sound is what I am looking for & the build quality is on par w. my PRS.
When I purchased the guitar I got 2 extra trem springs, the trem bar, & a polishing cloth along w. a 1 page EB marketing flyer.
Was there supposed to be a Truss Rod Tool included?
I noticed that the low E string is just barely above or slightly touching the fretboard as it breaks over the nut towards the tuners (see attached).
Is this normal?
Also, should the trem sit parallel to the body or should it be slightly angled back?
