Does anybody remember this tune from 1983. ?

It's kinda disco-funky from 80s and got a great bass line, ...recently I heard it on the radio and decided to record a home amateur video with my Bongo. Main problem was that old VHS cassette is de-tuned for about 1/4 from 440 Hz, ...so I had a huge problem to tune my Bongo in that "key"!!!

a toon I wrote a few years back called Pissin' Down (yes it was raining hard that day).......finally got my buddies to add Vocals and a harmonica solo at the end.

my Sterling was the bass of choice.....love that damn bass.

Just some demos...

We finally went into a real studio and had some decent recordings made.

Nothing fancy... just covers for demo purposes.

Lord, we need a real horn player. We really do.

Anyway, check it out... Bass is a Big Al 5 SSS. Gives some nice punch and growl.

It's really hard to play a fretted bass over the original fretless bass line, ...but I'm trying, haha...
I need a decent 4 string fretless bass, ...badly!

To be honest, I don´t like the look of the Bongo very much, but the sound of this bass is absolutely fantastic! Great work on this one, Keko! It´s fun to listen and watch.
