I recently bought a new H/S Bongo, absolutely love it. The one thing that's really frustrating me is a buzz I get when I slap the G string at the 2nd fret.
Admittedly, it only picks it up very slightly through the amp but it's still very frustrating. I've changed strings, adjusted the setup in various ways and can only get it to go away with quite high action. All of the other frets are fine but it's just this second one that's causing me problems?
Is this something i'm going to have to live with or is there a way to remedy the problem? Very frustrating as this is the most i've ever spent on an instrument; I have similar action on my fenders with no problem whatsoever.
