good night, in 2014 I bought a majesty musicman with serial number M02902 in samash of the dolphin mall in miami. Although the operation of the guitar is optimal, whenever I adjust it, after 1 or 2 days, the arm makes a U-bend, this has prevented me from using my guitar as often as I would like due to the mismatch that is generated, this affects the octavation of the guitar and its tuning, my guitar isn’t exposed to high temperatures or high pressures, do you know what is happening? 1) By "arm" do you mean the neck?
2) It is very difficult to diagnose a problem over the internet without having the guitar on a workbench in front of me.
You can contact Music Man Customer Service directly for advice (see the links in my signature below this post). Your guitar is four years old and out of warranty so any repairs and shipping to return the guitar to them will be at your own expense. I think your best bet is to take the guitar to a local lutheir or guitar tech for diagnosis and repair.
