Its funny that you would call us Trekkies with a name like Astroid...Give me a break pal, and why on earth would you get your nephew to do you dirty work i think the only lemming ass is you (what ever that means).

One thing i have to say is that i don't idolize Big Poppa as a God, because as far as i'm concerned i only idolize one God and he is not on this earth...I simply like the instruments that his company produces that's all, and i also enjoy playing them because i do play them you know, but i also like looking at pieces of art like the one we see here at this forum, and also the opportunity to meet and chat with great people like the ones on this forum except people like you who make us waist our time with crappy threads like this...(get a life)

So let's give customer service a break we all make mistake's if indead they made one.

For only the second time that I can recall this actually happening, I spewed a little bit of beverage onto my monitor, courtesy of Big Poppa.

LOL....asshat responds with "Worshipping Big Poppa".....Big Poppa is the Godfather....LOL.....

That actually got a chuckle out of me....and to find out, it was the Monkey's Uncle who had the problem....HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHA......

Dude, stop and don't reproduce please. The gene pool is tainted enough as it is.

How fitting to insult Big Poppa who is spending his (said with the deepest of respect by Koogs) father's money.....nice.....but, I don't think so. See, if that were the case, then he spent it on us as well. I know...I have PROOF (Open House) as well as Jack's B-day bash, NAMM Show (I was not without beer compliments of the Godfather ;) , neither was my brother who BP had just met...and food), Van Warped Tour (free tix, beer, mingle with the bands and CEO of GC)....so, I guess I have partaken in spending Mr. Ernie Ball's money as well......take a shot at me...please....please.....please.....

You see, they can have all the $$$ in the world.....it does not change the fact that Big Poppa carried on his father's legacy with what I like to call....Good ole fashioned Hard Work. They should benefit from it.....not have to defend themselves because of it......jealousy is hard to swallow eh FluteTommy and Monkey's Uncle?!?!

Well, I have to go now...I need to worship my Big Poppa shrine in my guitar room with posters of him decorating my walls. I must light a candle for each EBMM I own and pay homage to Big Poppa. I will add a new ritual now, and kiss the ring of the Godfather and ask permission to also be an ass lemming. WE all know how much Big Poppa controls us.....to think, I almost cut off my puppet strings and cry out "I'm a real boy".......

Monkey's Uncle and FluteTommy.....I hope Santa brings you both a personality, courtesy, Truth telling pills, manhood and most of all....some back bone.

Glad to see I can still call 'em as I see 'em.......LIAR!

Hmmm, interesting post - things are obviously quiet over at Harmony Central...

For the record (and I think I speak for pretty much everyone here), apart from working 9-5 all week, eating and sleeping and popping out for the odd pint of mirky brown water, I spend my life playing guitar whether it's with my band or sitting in my room, writing songs or keeping my chops up.

This, my dear fella, is why I bought the damn guitar! And anyway, what kind of Trekki bangs on about Star Trek having never watched it? You make little sense, sir.

The thing I like about this forum is that people come on and talk to each other like human beings, not like aggrevated teenagers trying to make themselves look big. If you DID have a bad experience and subsequently decided never to deal with the company, it makes no sense (and is, frankly, quite petty) to barge into an online community and start insulting people, which I imagine is how everyone recieved the two posts.

People on here are enthusiasts, and for good reason.

I'd say I was offended by the post but in all honesty it has only reinforced my alread high opinion on the company, and people on this forum.

You, Sir, are a boob.

P.S. I never posted a pic of me axe and will get a proper one up soon, but for now this is a shot of it in the hands of my other guitarist, Tommy (doesn't he look happy) - I'm the one crouching and grinning inanely...

By the way thanks for bringin up my dead father at Xmas..its been a little over two years since his passing and I still haven't blown through all of his money yet, but Im trying.

Hey BP don´t let this silly stuff not ruin 5 minutes of your life, it´s not worth it!!!
You and we all know what your old man (and you!) have brought to the world of instruments. And this time of the year is the hardest with a loss of a familiy member. (doens´t make a difference if it´s 2 or 15years)
This guy (Android) does not only behave like this on this forum but I think his whole family suffers from his behave and I feel with them. And the quote of you Dad speaks for itself.
:

WHen the guy blew his wad and left I asked him why he didn't continue to defend himself...he said, 'Sterling, remember that you cannot negiotiate with a terrorist or a crazy person" thanks Pops.

QUOTE]

No need to flame him, but to feel sorry for him. He needs help. I´m serious.

Merry X-mas BP

P.S.: Oh I forgot one thing: I hope his luthier makes an exact replica of his Luke´s neck. Wonderdog will love it when it pops up on E-bay.:D

But I think before that happens his luthier will shove the neck up his A** to the 20th fret to adjust the trussrod.
And I bet Android likes it:eek:

Done, feel better now.

Guys thanks for the support but I really dont need it. Lucky Sperm is something I have had to answer to all my life. I sort of think it was lucky for pops and me.....You know you dont have a choice who your parents are and I feel very fortunate and understand completely that my father was a gifted, creative and compasionate man that started with nothing and that I get to spend each day trying to keep his rock rolling. I hope to have in a small way created a canvas for my kids to get what I got to do. I never have worked a day in my life as this is my passion not a job. (ok when I meet with attorneys accountants, HR,, government agencies, it is work but I try not to let it bust my groove.)

This is just some good sport and the forum was getting a little slow and then these genius' come on and rally the troops and let us bring out our best insults.

Dont cry for me , Argentina....)Just trying to see if I could slip in a bad Andrew Lloyd WEber reference into this thread)

"...or it has to be really warm in a room for you wear your nephew's speedo's (other wise they think your sister is topless.)"

That statement almost cost me my keyboard and monitor (now drinking milk cautiously).

Unreal. The idea that we wouldn't replace a bad neck is crazy. The idea that we shipped him a bass is crazier. I am also wondering if this troll even owns an EB/MM instrument.

+1.
Juan Guitarrez is right-EBMM doesn't want bad necks floating around. I had one replaced and they wouldn't even ship me the first attempt because it was "slightly oversanded in one spot"!!! And I thought Iwas picky!!

I'm a believer.

This seems to imply that there might be a GOOD Andrew Lloyd Weber reference out there somewhere, and hero worship or not, I ain't kissing your ring on THAT concept.

I am ashamed of ALL the inflammatory remarks on this thread. With the exception of BP's non-satirical comments, I think this was just handled poorly by all parties.

I really wish 5Stringer would comment on this thread.

If mistakes happen let's acknowledge them, learn from them, and move on.

Last edited by NorM : Today at 10:39 AM. Reason: Last time we had a perfect guy around here we nailed his ass to a cross.

Just imagine what they'd do to one of us.

This really should have been a matter for Tommy/Uncle and EBMM to solve on their own. Flaming the company or anyone involved won't solve anything. Certainly bringing up on the internet, on the comany's forum, won't get you any style points.

Lest we forget, arguing over the internet is pointless.

What a load of crap!!!I gotta agree with Phsychicept I'd love to be able
to have instruments shipped straight to my doorstep, and not have to
go to a dealer, how cool would that be???? As for Tommyboy's post I
don't really even want to entertain an answer 'cause it sounds like a
steaming load of HORSE HOCKEY!!! I know I havn't been here as long
as some of you guys, but I've never been as proud as I an about my
