Question about swapping floyds on Sterling AX40

I looked around but didn't find a straight answer. Is an original Floyd Rose a drop in replacement for the AX40? I was trying to install a d tuna on it but the d tuna will not work on the original Sterling bridge. I know the Gotoh will work but what else? Thanks
