I’ve been offered a ‘97 Axis - concerned over neck plate - 5 bolt recessed serial number beginning A but no Ernie Ball logo - just the Musicman logo - should I be worried ?

I have checked serial number with MM and relates to Axis of same colour n neck fingerboard construction ..

Cheers for any advice
