My only request is that the screw mounts are completely eliminated on the Single H Stingray.

Noooooooooooo!!!!!! :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Those screws are the anchor points to firmly plant my plucking hand thumb between, when I go totally berserk on stage!

I NEED them

(yes, and to prospectively not have them on a HS 'Ray makes me kind of nervous...)

Instruments are made to be played right? One of a kind would only mean more money would be raised. Ball Family Reserves and first sabre, sterling, bongo, thats history... and someone should play them... this.. its an oddBALL. Which I happen to like... anyways are more pics available... how did the pickup selector work...

That's crazy-talk. Those new pickup covers are a step in the right direction and the SR5 H PU is great for the thumb. Plus, you have a enough H's with screw mounts to last you a lifteime.

It's real enough, but it was a prototype some 15-16 years ago. Never put into production - that's the only one that exists.

Here's the boss explaining it in 2005. Ignore amused bovinehost on right.
