I was at band rehearsal tonight and I got a text message from my girlfriend, she typed "Randy Jackson played a Stingray 5HH". I called when I was done and she gave me the 411. You know I have a keeper.

I noticed the SR5 right away and was glad to see him playing it. I thought he played those Mike Lull Fender Jazz Bass Copies. I'm not a fan of the many companies who make Fenders that cost $3000 and up - Sadowsky, Nordstrand, Lull, Smith - know what I mean? No offense to those that may own one of these basses. I only know that I will never spend $3000 on a Fender copy. Anyway, it was nice to see the SR5 on AI!
