Recommend me a pickup

The Tone Zone has been one of my favorite pickups from DiMarzio for a LONG time. That and the Air Norton. The Evolution as well.

DiMarzio makes great pickups, man.

Dont be afraid of the SH6, I have one in my silo special and I swear by it, I can send you some recordings with it - its what you described you were looking for, get the trembuckier spacing though - the JB sounds like ass in these guitars - the dimarzios have a different vibe all together, the duncans will give you more crunch and will be tighter and chuggier than the dimarzios mentioned - good luck
