Repair to my C & G guitar case.

I think i will repair my case soon as well because as you probably remeber my one is broken too therefore i find your support very helpfull and on time!.
I must say - good job and the fact that the case opens even wider makes it a virtue rather than have it opening not wide enough .

I gotta say that when I read your post in another thread about your broken case- it spurred me on to do it. It's something that I've been meaning to do for a while.

Yeah...I did the same thing, after the second time it came out, I took a rivet to the thing!

Is it only the cover that has this problem with the glue?
I am asking as i wouldnt like to drill through the bottom part.

I guess you mean the lid?
On one of my cases the strap came out of the lid and bottom of the case.

Why wouldn't you want to drill through the bottom? (assuming you would drill through the lid)
The case is very easy to drill.
