Rosewood Axis issues HELP!!

Hi. I have a 2010 Rosewood Axis that has been a tuning nightmare. Plays amazing, tone unreal ( I’ve owned 2 previous for decades), but kept slipping out and out. Brand new Gotoh tremolo and nut. Intimate exact replacement from what my luthier found out. I’ve had him and two other set it up and anytime I tremolo the bar it slightly sharp. Changed strings, check for damage and still can’t figure it out. Does anybody have any info on these Rosewood models that maybe could help me or can I actually send it to Ernie Ball and have them look at it? Thank you in advance. I don’t wanna sell it.

Did you contact EBMM customer service about it? Sure they can advise you. Also about sending in if necessary
