I have been working with Anthony for a year. I am President of his company Team Ak, Inc and am strategic advisor to IMG and AK on all matters relating to Anthony. I set up his company and his LLC's and served as sort of a life coach for him. It is a second job...I have a 23 year old boss.

Just got back from Jack Fry's...Wow what a nice place. Thanks John! Where else whould we go and does anyone have any connections in Louisville? All the places are booked.....

BP - Glad you were able to get into Jack Fry's and you enjoyed it. Unfortuantely all the other places I could recommend are booked solid for the rest of the week; and I have no solid connections.

If you're looking for steak, I have heard that our Morton's isn't that great; if you want to try to get in a chophouse I would suggest either Jeff Ruby's (the place that wouldn't serve O. J. Simpson after the 2007 Derby) or Z's Oyster Bar. Z's is out in a strip center behind a couple of office buildings at the intersection of Hurstbourne Pkway and Shelbyville Road (U.S. 60, the same street as the golf course). Being either an early or late walk-in might work. Sorry but I can no longer recommend a Louisville institution, Pat's Steakhouse on Brownsboro Road - it's cash only, Mortons/Ruth's Chris priced, and the quality of the steaks have been declining for the past couple of years.

Good luck and enjoy your stay.

And now I'm feeling a little guilty about tomorrows first match - I'd love to see AK get his dues and perform well, but he is a) not on the European team, and b) playing against my fellow Irishman, Padraig Harrington. I'm sure it will be a great match no matter what happens. Can't wait!!

Hey Big Poppa, I'm like REALLY slow on the entire golf scene. A golf tournament to me is watching the sexy beer chicks drive around in the carts. Right now we have the Viking Classic going on at Annandale in Madison, MS...about 15 minutes away. Marc Turnesa, Brian Gay, Lee Janzen, and Jay Williamson are the current leaders. Would AK (and you!) be here if he wasn't on the team for the Ryder Cup? What determines which tournaments these guys go to?

Padraig? You made that name up.

Kudos to AK and BP on the HUGE leap up in the world standings!

we probably would not be a the Viking classic. There are just so many tourneys and AK is at the top and you just cant play them all....(it has a lot to do with purse size)

I met Anthony through his old caddie and when he struggled late last year he called me and came over and we talked and then he asked me to help out

lol that is way to cool...you're obviously having a great influence on him he's been kicking some butt lately.

We need a tour stop up here in Seattle so I can go meet AK and Poppa at once.. :D :D *TPC snoqualmie ridge* GO USA!!!

OK I think the first day honours definitely go to the US.

Dont think Europe played badly but there were some amazing performances from the States guys.

However its the Ryder Cup - we have seen teams in the lead on day one before havent we......

Valhalla has been really great and the Kentucky people have just been the warmest and the best.
Ak and Phil made 10 birdies in their afternoon match...the had to Padraig and Grahme made 8

It was really first class competition and sportsmanship,,,,
