...nice score, dude...but is it just me, or does Sammy have an issue with writing a la Sharpie? His is the messiest of all of the signatures.

Don't get me wrong, it's still hot, bro, and I am very jealous. :)

Fraud!!!

Well, unfortunately, this is what arrived in my inbox last night from the seller in response to my request for a total with shipping to Houston...

"brett

I tried ending the auction early as the item was no longer for sale

unfortunately I was unable to do it on time

sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused... I have to deal with a commission that I'll be stuck paying

once again my apologies but the guitar was no longer available for sale

john"

Its total BS! Dude wanted much more money for this, but it brought what it brought - not my fault. My bid was significantly higher, but no one else bid on this - not my fault. He could have cancelled the auction earlier, set a reserve, set a higher opening bid, etc - again, not my fault. All I did is win the auction and try to pay.

Now I have to file with ebay to see if I can get my guitar. This sucks!

You should try reporting him to eBAy!

That guitar has been for sale at least a couple of times (not even including this time). He's just trying to do a money grab!

Ah man that blows!!! I've never been on the end of this sort of thing happening, but it seems like it happens all the time.

Good luck, I hope you get your guitar and he gets his ass handed to him on a platter.

How can you know that the signatures are authentic?
Ed hardly sign anything and why whould he sign a guitar that's not his signature model anymore?.
Just a thought..

I don't know, it seems like EVH will sign just about anything you put in front of him.
