So, what are the main differences between my JP7 and a JP12-7 ?
It was sold as a JP12-7, so i guess i've been flawed ?

The JP12-7 has basswood body with a maple top and mahogany tone block, it has a mahogany neck with the ebony fretboard and the JP12 inlays. It comes with the piezo bridge and matching headstock.

The JP7 has a basswood body with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard, it is offered with the option of standard dot inlays or JP inlays. There is also an option for piezo or standard tremolo bridge and a matching or plain headstock.

Completed on July 8th, 2010. The color is island burst. This one has nickel frets and the push/pull potentiometer activates the 1st and 4th coils, in 2011 it was changed to activate the 2nd and 3rd coils. Other than that the specifications are the same as the ones we are producing currently. This one was originally shipped to Guitar Center.

Happy New Year..
I am looking for some infos about my guitar. I bought a 2nd hand (few months old) Mystic Dream JP6.
The serial number is G68524. Appreciate if u could share some infos on:

1 - the DOB and where it was shipped to
2 - the colour of my headstock is wood finish with black writing. The JP emblem on the 1st fret and the rest of the markings on the freatboard are the same with the photos in the music-man website. I couldn't find any other JP6 photos on the internet with wood finish headstock like this. All headstock are matching color, in mystic dream. Is this normal ?

This JP6 was completed on October 3rd, 2013. It was ordered with the rosewood fretboard with the JP inlays and no matching headstock. This is a standard option available for order. It was originally shipped to Sinamex.
