Silhouette Special wiring mod help requested -- position 2

Hi all,

I have a Silhouette Special SSH that I would like to mod.

Currently, position 2 is the middle pickup and the bottom coil of the humbucker.

I'd like to add a 3 way switch to the pickguard that would let me select only the middle pickup, only the bottom HB coil, or both.

I've done a little bit of wiring, including wiring my USA Sub to Silhouette Special wiring, but am lost as to how I'd achieve this.

I've attached the wiring diagram for the Silhouette Special in case anyone wants to have a look.

I don't think there's an easy way to do that. Instead, how about using the more traditional HSS wiring scheme with a split bridge toggle (only in position #1)? You'd have to lose the #3 position and wire it to be M only, but it's similar to #2). Then you'd have:

1 - B (split w/ toggle)
2 - Split B & M
3 - M
4 - M & N
5 - N
