Colin, try one out you will love it, who knows maybe you will buy one on the spot, regular Silos rule as well with the HSH:)

I think the Silo Special with SSS has some magic. Such a tone machine. Most people go for HSS, but its good to see a few SSS's in this thread!!! You guys know what I mean, the SSS just sings.

I honestly don't know which I would prefer!?
I'm leaning towards the SSS.

Well you already have the HSH to do the humbucker thang, so be bold and go SSS next time, either Silo Special or AL!

That's exactly me thoughts. I want it or traditional blues, so I think SSS would best suit. It's just a matter of Silo or Al.

Whitestrat, Buttercream it is, it's a 2005 LE:

I prefer the LE script on the back like it is here, versus the 07/08 12th fret inlay...stealth purchase mode. It's hard to say "No honey, it's not new, you've seen this one before, don't you remember?" when the wife sees your 2008 Sequoia Gold LE. :)

Dmullen, SLO did do a really nice job with the vintage SB + white pearloid, it is a perfect guitar with a classic look.

Was a busy weekend, but I'm here now. Time to play along. :)

My first Music Man and probably the coolest guitar I own:

Fuschia Sparkle Silo Special in SSS

Recently acquired Gold Sparkle Silo Special in SSH, thanx yet once again Rex. :)

The weather is starting to get better and my favorite bush is starting to bud, so new pictures shouldn't be that far off for the Gold Sparkle. :D

PS, the Hardtails Rock, IMPO!!!!!

Does it seem to sparkle more after some bud?

Bruce, nah man the contrast with the bush just seems to bring out the sparkle color, plus it's outside, sparkles tend to take better pictures in natural light.
