Skinny stringers! If you had to go to the darkside, which side would you choose?

As for the stingray, this sort of surprises me. It's sort of the top dog for ebmm isn't it?

Sure seems like it when you visit Guitar Center. I did like the sounds I got from the Stingray, but I found the Sterling a bit easier to play.

I like the looks of the 25th and Sterling BFR's. Rear mounted electronics looks really clean and slick with no pickgaurd. But really, they all look great!

You're not alone anymore! It just looks so bad ass as a Bass to me. I'd most def. go Big Al. 2nd choice is a Stingray.

If I was a bass player, Bongo all the way, but if I did buy one it would be the sterling because of the size.

I'm going to try to et pics of the sterlin I have on layaway. It's been used and abused but I will give it a good home. I'm tentatively naming it the "dirty bird."

Well the Stingray is a classic and you could never go wrong with one of those. I really like the look of the Sterling and the Big Al looks really cool. But the evil, nasty side of me would definitely go with a Bongo.:)

Since I used to own 5 different MM basses, I'd have to say my favorite neck-wise was the Sterling. Its got that jazz bass feel to it. Looks-wise I loved the Sterling and the Bongo equally. Versatility-wise I think the Bongo winds hands down.
