order?

I think the jist of this thread is the final production numbers for the 20th anniv. Therefore, that would mean the ordering window for these is closed. For your sake I hope there is a dealer in France that has already ordered it for you.

Sterling Ball aka Big Poppa! Coming through for the peoples. Making sure all is well for everybody. TCB Baby! Making it happen and keepin' it real. The Man! No worries here 'cause we're all in good hands with BallState.

Um Yeah, I was a little hesitant about that last post 'cause Tristan (is a damn fine picker IMNSHO. I like that he constantly puts vids up for us to see his skills on the different axes. Espically the SiLO one. SiLOs are my favorite.) is an endorser and of course "rules" are different for endorsing artists. Just the nature of the game.

I seriously hope he gets one and loves it like no other and plays it at his clinics. Those 20th anniv SiLOs are so pretty they just sell themselves. The clinics are way super cool. A clinic was my first exposure to EBMM and after that, EBMM was the only guitar I wanted.

I am Thrilled to be getting My 20th Anniv. SiLO(s)

I would love to see a vid of Tristan and a 20th.....I mean, he would spontaneously combust into a fireball once he started burning up the fretboard. Tristan is definitely on of my favorite players. Such a cool dude to boot. I hope you get one bro.....

Reminds me of what someone said on the JP forum when they saw a video of Portnoy spraying finger-ease on JPs guitar while he was playing.
Q: "What's Mike spraying on JPs guitar?"
A: "It's flame retardant so the guitar doesn't burst into flames when he plays fast" :D

I love seein Tristan's vids, they just make me practice more.

Yeah I was about to tell Tristan, who has recorded videos, done clinics and demonstrations, been an active and contributing member on the forum and has been phenomenal for us in France, that he was going to have to search all the French Music Man stores for an unclaimed 20th Silo because the forumites might get mad that he gets to order one after the cutoff.

Today when I signed off on Tristan being able to order one more Silo I forgot to call you, Norm - sorry about that, I'll remember next time.

:D :D :D

Beth, you shoulda called me and said "Pete, can we appropriate this Silo you have on order because Tristan wants it, and you've got so many coming in? By the way, that NorM guy is really a pain!"

NorM loves it when we talk about him :)

rock on Beth...

NorM... i love ya man and by knowing ya I know (hope) you're coming from a humorous angle.

We all feel VERY at "home" here b/c Sterling has opened his doors to us. He tells us stuff we dont need to know (its a private company afterall), we get sneak peeks at cool stuff, on occassion we get invited to hang out with Sterling and member's of the EBMM staff/family, we even got to wander around his factory, get fed then see a concert of a lifetime...

we're spoiled! EBMM spoils us. we get to buy kick ass gear and beyond that get to interact with the folks responsible for all this goodness. BUT we all have to remember that EBMM is a business. Sterling's an open dude, he goes against the grain (see NAMM pix Beth posted - see the Bongo - Battle of the Bands - the list goes on) and he has enough passion about what he's doing to stick his neck out and come here, to the front lines, to "talk" to us... the customer.

Now, even if its a joke etc... this is the EBMM forum. LOTS of people read this forum. This very second there are 7x the number of guests than there are members... what im trying to get at is that in this cyber world of ours this forum can act like a "face" for the company we all love. Put into other words... BP and many of the EBMM crew participate here - for public view... Ya, we're regulars and know when something's a joke BUT questioning EBMM (the company or staff) here, publically, is not OK b/c not everyone who reads this is "in". most readers dont know who's who and what is and isnt meant to be a joke.

So i dont wanna get all "mod' but tiz my job... lets all let EBMM handle their business. We can kick back and have fun, enjoy this great forums, the companies generosity, their openness and their products. So ya... if i have to use these cool new buttons ive got (labeled: edit, delete, squash) i will.

Yes!! I'm Happy. I keep seeing pictures of the guitars and I want one worse than foggy. Compliments from me are sincere. You are the MAN!!

BTW and OT:
I was talking with a friend about your success with your work computer situation and they responded with, "Where can I buy that book and learn more about that? I would easily pay $50 - $100 for that information. I hope that guy makes a lot of money doing that." I see you as a live and let live kinda guy but I also see what you have done as a possible success recipe for other businesses. I think there's potential there to make America a better place to work.

Hold your chin up :D
My money's on "If the big guy says it can happen then it can happen."
The video thing is fantastic! The one you inspired me to do has been more successful that I thought possible. I don't know if I ever told you or not but-------------
Thank You!!!!!!

I hope Tristan wants and gets one.

I Still mean it.
If some of the forumites get mad just let them be mad. Emotional expression and passion keeps this place interesting.

sweet! i love being right. LoL

now lets all (not just NorM) be a bit more careful about how our posts "sound". Tristan doesnt have to post cool video clips for us on a regular basis - he's just cool - so he does (and personally i love them. PS: Tristan you rule!). And Luke too ... they're both nice guys and friendly and joke w/ us but we gotta make sure we dont "sound" like we're disrespecting them (or BP, Beth, Aziah, Scott, Dan, and the rest of the crew) when they're all ALWAYS going above and beyond for us.

now back to the regularly scheduled program...

I can't wait for me 20th!!! Tristan... you got another kick ass video for us?
