im sorry, please dont bash me for this blasphemy. but im seriously looking into getting a mm at the end of this summer and i was curious how big of a jump in qaulity and playability it will be from my squier p-bass. in my opinion my squier is a very verysatile machine. i can get just about any tone i want from it, with out have to touch anything on my amp. and i ripped off the tone knob, so it only has a volume. how does the mm compare to this? im pretty sure that its not my bass that allows me to get any type of sound that i want, and that its me, but how much help is a mm stingray gonna give me with that? i currently have a ba-210sp, and i can get some wicked tones out of it, hows the mm gonna do? sorry for trying to compare such two different items, but i dont want to go into a coma and not be able to play cuz i didnt have any warning about the mm. thanks.
