I like the general shape. Others posters are right : there is a "haute couture" vibe.
Is this a 24"3/4 neck ???

The only problem I see (but I know, I am an old grumpy Frenchman who watched too many Steve Morse's videos) is the position of the volume knob for doing volume swell (same problem with the Armada).

Yes, but as we well know with all the other artists guitars, they are artist guitars. If Annie wants the volume knob on the headstock, that's what they'll build. :)

It's personally not something I would go for (not my cup of tea), but regardless I think it's a really stylish shape, and an fresh and original concept. I would like to give kudos to EB for continuing to evolve and progress. I truly hope this model is successful, as it's a really cool addition to the line-up. Looking forward to seeing what else you guys come up with! :)

It's a very striking design, I'd love to play one. Love the trem, reminiscent of the Majesty trem. Looks like it could be the perfect love child of an Albert Lee and a Majesty!!

whats funny to see the predominantly male negative facebook comments. I understand that this is very different and both Annie and I were prepared for it. Thanks for your comments...remember its ok to love it its ok to hate it but just remember it is just another choice for a guitarist to have. The Majesty got the same response so Im excited

What I like is that it's not *trying* to be "girlie" - meaning it's not pink or purple sparkle with flowers in a brazen attempt to appeal to what many marketers think a female guitar buyer would want.

And it may be more "petite" than the average guitar - but that doesn't gender define it (ask Ned Steinberger).

Nope, it's a serious player's guitar, who's comfortable relying on their playing as their identity - and thus can appeal to players regardless of gender.

Whether I like it or not once I get the opportunity to sit down and play it, I *greatly* respect the design direction this guitar has taken.

Now where's the "hats off" smiley?! :)

Seriously amazing! Good job Sterling, Drew and the rest of the engineering team involved! I like that y'all are endorsing all these game changing musicians and making game changing instruments for them that the rest of the world can use too. Kudos for keeping it fresh and not settling for yet another strat copy. Can't wait to see what else is in store!

Hey guys:

I was curious about the size of the guitar relative to other EBMM's we're familiar with. I attempted to resize these such that the headstock size is identical, thus the rest of the guitar should be proportionately accurate. BP, does this look right?

Wow - bigger body than I thought at first glance - I guess the new outline of it was throwing me off...

If I did it right -- hoping BP can confirm if my Photoshop skills are directionally accurate.

Looks like the neck is identical to the albert lee. I'm considering getting this next year. Still waiting for my bongo to arrive!

Off the topic of the guitar but on the topic of the artist. I get kinda a Laurie Anderson vibe from her.

It's an interesting design. I can see where the modern and vintage meet. Not my cup of tea, but no hate either. Can't wait to see the opinion in a few months !

I just saw this in my email & I came over here to see what the response was.

I think it is fantastic. Love the looks of it.

I know its not for everybody...but it is great to have choices like this.

Let the haters spit their bitterness on the forums!

Well done MM!
